We are currently only able to guarantee specific days of delivery for Brisbane postcodes (minimum 24 hours required for preparation of hampers). All other areas within Australia will follow general shipping wait times.

However please note that for hampers which contain gourmet items take a little extra time. We generally order a new batch of goodies specially for your order to ensure that you receive the freshest items every single time! So please allow 2-3 extra days for these to be organised :)

Delivery on specific dates only applies to hampers, all other items will be sent via Australia Post / Aramex and would take standard shipping times for delivery.

We would be able to provide estimated timeframes to your delivery postcode however please note that these would be estimates only and the hamper may arrive before or after the estimated date.

It is much better that the delivery arrives early rather than late, so the best time to place your order is NOW.

Yes of course! We love it when our customers decide to personally select gift items. Simply purchase items with a total value of $150 or more from our individually sold product list and we'll box it up like a hamper for you at no extra cost! :) Simply leave a note at checkout and we'll organise that for you.

However please note certain items can be quite large for which we need to use standard boxes / wrap them differently. But don't stress, we will ensure such items would be presented in the most glamorous way possible.

Yes, we can email a tracking number to the sender of the gift, so you can check when your gift has been delivered.

Yes, absolutely! If your purchase is a hamper / individually sold item which you're using as a gift, don't forget to leave a note (under order instructions) at checkout of what'd you'd like on your customised card. If you forget to leave a note at checkout, just send through an email to sales@magicalgifts.com.au with the message and we'll include that for you :)
